Homecare Encourages Personal Development as their Managers Graduate with NVQ Level 4 in Leadership and Management for Care Services Three Homecare Managers were presented with certificates for completing the Leadership and Management for Care Services Course (NVQ4) at a graduation ceremony recently in the Armagh City Hotel. The course covered the skills required in a managerial role within the care industry. Delivered by the Southern Regional College, subjects included complaints management, communication, health and safety, recruitment and selection. This is an excellent achievement and Homecare take this opportunity to congratulate the girls on their graduation and their dedication in studying part-time over a 2 year period.
