• All staff are interviewed and selected by our Personnel representative
• Prior to appointment, a minimum of two references are checked from a most recent or current employer
• Homecare will ensure all staff has satisfactory health to complete their duties to the highest of standards
• All Northern Ireland Care Assistants are checked for POC (protection of children) and POVA (protection of vulnerable adults) and Republic of Ireland Care Assistants receive full Garda Clearance
