Mairead is a graduate of Podiatry. After spending a number of years as a Podiatrist, Mairead and her husband Gerald set up Homecare NI in 1994. They founded Homecare Housing in 1998 and Homecare Support Services in 2003. In 2006 Homecare Ireland was formed, providing services to Southern Ireland. To bring all our services together, the company was re-branded as Homecare Independent Living in 2008. |

Bryan Meldrum joined Homecare in September 2007 after spending 20 years in Healthcare in the UK holding senior positions in both in Business Development and Finance. Bryan graduated from the University of Ulster at Jordanstown and the University of Hull with a certificate in Health Care Management. His responsibilities include the continuing development of our Domiciliary Care, Supported Services and Housing businesses, introducing new services supported by sustained investment in People and Systems. |

Dympna is a guaduate of Business Studies from University of Ulster, Jordanstown, and is a qualified Business Coach, with a mastery in NLP. She has been managing people since 1991, of which 5 of these years spent in different parts of Europe. Before joining the company she spent 4 years managing a chain of retail shops in the south of Ireland.
Dympna joined the company in 2006, and was appointed Commercial Manager in 2008.

Joan is a graduate in French and Spanish with a post graduate diploma in Bilingual Studies. She has been working in Personnel Management since 1991 having gained her CIPD in London.
She has managed personnel departments in Retailing in London for 7 years and in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing for a further 3 years in N Ireland.
Joan joined Homecare in 2001 as Personnel Manager.

Oliver is a guaduate of Food Technology Management from University of Ulster, Coleraine; he spent a number of years managing within the potato and mushroom industries before setting up his own business. In 2002 he joined Homecare as the Housing Manager.

Niki is a member of the Institute of Personnel Consultants and recently qualified in NVQ Level 4 in management. After working in Australia for 7 years in Personnel, she returned home in 1996 and spent 7 years working in management for a textile company and an estate agent. Niki joined Homecare in 2003 and is now working as a Locality Manager covering parts of Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland. |

Nuala studied personnel development and has been qualified to NVQ Level 4 in management. She worked as a retail manager for twelve years before joining Homecare in 2002 as Locality Manager, managing a team of staff covering over half of Northern Ireland.
