At Homecare Housing, we provide fully furnished accommodation for a range of service users enabling them to live independently within the familiarity of their own communities. Our mission is to provide each service user with a safe, warm, and comfortable home, and in so doing, encourage and promote emotional and social well-being with the re-assurance that with a 24 hour on-call service, help and support is always on hand if required. We have recently converted a number of our accommodation facilities from shared accommodation to self-contained units to reflect our desire to ensure that the privacy and dignity of all our service users is respected and upheld. Moreover, the provision of self-contained units permits our service users to develop the skills required to sustain a tenancy and to live independently.
Homecare Housing was founded in 1998 and continues to expand our services throughout

South Area – Interested Landlords Homecare Housing are actively seeking to expand our services in these and other areas across Northern Ireland and parts of Southern Ireland and require good standard housing which we can lease from the property owner on a long term basis and provide a housing management service.
