Our Peripatetic Services combines our Housing, Support and Domiciliary Care services. A significant number of our service users have a high complexity of need, crossing physical health, mental health, older people and learning disability boundaries.
We are able to bring all our services together and tailor them to meet the specific needs of the identified individuals. Working with the individual at home in a safe environment, provides a seamless and comprehensive service which prevents the recurrence of tenancy breakdown, acute admission, and bed blocking.

- Physical health issues

- Challenging behaviour
Increasing demands in peoples’ lives and a diminishing ability to cope, can lead to a greater need for specialist services. These services include support, care, money management, assistance with life skills, promoting independence and the ability to integrate into the community.
